Please read these terms carefully before placing a pre-booking.
1. About us
Bugeera ("we", "us", "our") sells a humane bug-catching device through this website. By accessing the site or placing a pre-booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Pre-booking
- The product price is ₹499 per unit (inclusive of applicable taxes).
- To reserve a unit, you pay a non-binding pre-booking amount of ₹50 (10% of the price) via UPI.
- The balance ₹449 is collected at the time of delivery.
- A pre-booking is confirmed only after we verify your UPI transaction.
3. Delivery
- We deliver across India. We share dispatch and tracking details over email and SMS.
- If we are unable to deliver your unit within 150 days from your pre-booking date, we will refund the pre-booking amount in full as per our Refund Policy.
4. Use of the product
- Bugeera is designed for catching small insects and arachnids humanely. Use it only as demonstrated.
- Keep out of reach of small children. Adult supervision recommended.
- Do not use Bugeera on bees, hornets or venomous creatures without appropriate protective equipment.
5. Information you provide
You agree that all information you submit (name, mobile, email, address) is accurate. Incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-booking any time before dispatch by emailing sales@bugeera.in. We will refund the pre-booking amount per the Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability under any pre-booking is limited to the amount you paid for that pre-booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the seller's place of business.
