- Your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address.
- Your UPI transaction reference (so we can verify your pre-booking payment).
- Basic technical data your browser sends when visiting our site (for security and analytics).
How we use it
- To process your pre-booking and deliver your order.
- To send you order updates over email and SMS.
- To respond to your support questions.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not store your bank card or UPI PIN — UPI payments happen in your own UPI app.
Data security
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Only authorised team members can access it for fulfilling your order or supporting you.
Your rights
