Refund Policy

Our promise

We take pre-bookings to plan production and shipping. Our commitment to you is simple:

• If we cannot deliver your Bugeera within 150 days from the date of pre-booking, we will refund your pre-booking amount in full — no questions asked.
• You can also cancel your pre-booking any time before dispatch for a full refund.

How refunds are processed

• Email us at sales@bugeera.in with your Booking ID, name and registered mobile number.
• We initiate the refund within 3 business days.
• Refunds are credited back to the same UPI / bank account used for the pre-booking, typically within 5–7 business days.

After delivery

If your Bugeera arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bugeera.in with photos. We'll replace it free of charge.

What is not refundable

• Cosmetic wear from use.
• Damage caused by misuse, drops or modification.
